The architecture of Mountain Bungalow is built according to a modular prefabricated bungalow model, covered with bamboo decoration on the outside to create an architecture that is harmonious with the Quang Binh countryside. Each bungalow is built into two rooms, including a bedroom and a relaxation space with a balcony overlooking the vast Tan Hoa field. All rooms are equipped with a 2-way air conditioning system for use in both summer and winter. The bathroom area is spacious and offers a view of the Tan Hoa field. The shower is equipped with a hot water system.

Tú Làn Lodge - Carbon Footprint 2024
Tú Làn Lodge is a “weather-adaptive” accommodation located in Yen Tho Hamlet 2, Kim Phu Commune, Quang Tri Province. The lodge was established to support the region’s tourism activities by overcoming seasonal constraints due to weather, enhancing local tourism potential, and encouraging greater community involvement. Its distinctive architecture follows a prefabricated, modular model, featuring an exterior adorned with decorative bamboo, blending harmoniously with the tranquil rural setting and surrounded by Tân Hóa’s majestic limestone mountains. Tú Làn Lodge is becoming increasingly popular with travelers visiting Tú Làn and Tân Hóa.
In 2024, Tú Làn Lodge continued its greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory to assess the environmental impacts of its operations. The results demonstrate that the lodge has effectively maintained its sustainable emissions reduction approach. Each Mountain Bungalow recorded an average emission intensity of 61 kgCO₂e per room per night, representing a 28% reduction compared to 85 kgCO₂e per room per night in 2023.
This result reflects the lodge’s ongoing efforts to manage energy use responsibly via controlling fuel consumption, optimization of cooking fuel, enhanced wastewater treatment efficiency, and operational optimization through the use of solar energy. In addition, Tú Làn Lodge prioritizes locally sourced food ingredients and converts organic waste into animal feed, contributing to a circular economy model closely linked to the local community.
Each year, the lodge continues to improve technologies and operational processes, while expanding the use of renewable energy, with the aim of progressively reducing greenhouse gas emissions and advancing long-term sustainable tourism development.
